When an appointment is needed I can always get in to see someone in a reasonable time. When the appointment is with the PA I know they will consult with Dr. Wille. Dr. Wille will be available for a follow up appointment in a timely manner if needed.
The front office staff and scheduling staff are always pleasant.

I have had a few of my colonoscopy procedures with the Center for Digestive Health. They have been professional and efficient, providing help along the way getting clearance from my doctor. The whole experience was quick and relatively easy. If you're looking for a gastrointestinal doctor, this is the place to be.

Professional and courteous staff from signing in until leaving. Dr. Donat has excellent bedside manners, and took time to explain results including any questions that you may have.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The dr that performed my procedure was knowledgeable and clearly defined what was done and the final (good) results ; will definitely go back to this group for more required tests.

Dr Weber has been my G.I. doctor for 24 years. He always listens and pays attention and he has such a genuine bedside manner with his patients. It’s so nice to see a doctor listen to you and not just stare at a computer but actually talk directly to you. Means so much.

I Really feel a deep sense of peace and trust in Dr Richard Willie. He knows first of all how to interact with his patients, listens carefully to them, and makes them feel important. Have been going to him at least 15 years, if not more. He is an astute observer, a fine doctor with honed in skills of lab interpretation, biopsy results, and well experienced in advising what’s best for the patients outcome. I couldn’t be in better hand with Dr Wille. I’m very fortunate to have him in my corner as a doctor who has both the training and wisdom to give me the best care now and for the future!

OMG!!! What a fabulous experience for an unpleasant procedure (seriously, the prep for the colonoscopy is the unpleasant part). EVERYONE working there, from reception to nurses, assistants and the doctor were kind and friendly and really professional. This was my 3rd colonoscopy, but this center was the best facility by far. Hi I have been a patient of Center for Digestive Health since I was in my mid 20's. I am now in my late 40's now.. I have seen Dr.Donat and a few of the other Dr's in the practice. Dr. Donat has been my primary person. He has been amazing. My problems have been complicated and challenging. I know I have caused him head scratching moments of wondering what the heck is wrong. Yet all thru it his bedside manner has been amazing kind he answers all my questions. He never makes you feel uncomfortable or unimportant. If you have GI issues or need GI help. Go see him. Or anyone of the other staff. The office staff is amazing as well his Medical Assistant Sarah is so thoughtful. Thank you everyone at The Center For Digestive Health For Making what could be an uncomfortable time less difficult.

I was very pleased with my first visit in the Clinton Twp office, Dr. Wille and his staff were so kind, knowledgeable and friendly during my visit.

The staff at Center for Digestive Health was amazing. I felt completing comfortable during my procedure. Everyone was so nice and caring. This was my 2nd time having a procedure with them and I will continue to return.

My doctor is awesome. I refuse to put his name on a bad review. Over the years, the staff just keeps getting worse and worse. I was supposed to schedule an EGD for my continuous nausea and vomiting, but it turns out I had an outstanding bill that already went to collections. Admittedly, I do not open my mail, but anytime I visit, I ask if I have an open balance, because I'd pay. I asked back in November, when I had a colonoscopy, if I had a balance at the time. The answer was NO, $0 balance. When I went to schedule they said because my deductible is not met, the procedure would be $680 without biopsies and I'd have to pay my previous balance of $500 that they already sent to collections, and then $300 up front for the EGD. My deductible is only $500. I'm incredibly confused. So I've now paid off my balance to the debt collector, but can't afford to get my procedure. Had they told me I had a bill-back in November-I'd have been able to get help now.
I'll still return to see my doctor because I don't hold him responsible for the incompetency of his staff.
Furthermore, why couldn't I just start paying my balance on the new ridiculous bill you were going to charge, which I don't think is fully accurate? Instead I paid off the $432 to collections because I HAD to, they say, before they can schedule me. The outstanding bill, btw, was from Pinnacle anesthesia because apparently anesthesia is not covered for an endoscopic procedure. Weird. I guess I could schedule my endoscopy and we can talk about me staying awake for it? Does that get me a discount?!?

Then, THEN, I call the collections company and I paid my full balance they gave me, but THEN the office says the billing company got the number wrong and I still owe $107 after paying over $400. Again, I HAVE to pay the debt they already sold to collections before they will help. Their mistake is preventing me from getting help. And the collections agency doesn't know what I owe. I'm being held captive by the incompetency of this billing team. I called Monday and still waiting on a call back. It's Friday.

This has happened to me before here, and I paid the bill off at once then too. I actually offer copays, check my balance ANYTIME I've been in the office. Just because you guys are awful at your job and don't bill properly or timely doesn't mean I should have to suffer.

Holding me captive over a balance in collections that I paid on 8/06, per my credit receipt.

When I asked about my balance in person at my colonoscopy, remember it was $0. I have not been seen since. Yet my bills are from prior to that!

Seriously too, they could've told me my balance before my tele health visit with my doctor. Or the 4 times I scheduled a telehealth this year and got canceled on multiple times by you guys. At ANY point you could have let me know my balance. I also could have opened my mail- I get it- but you could also just be competent at your JOB. I don't get paid for opening my mail. You are getting paid to do your job right.

*Update: Rescheduled at their other office although it was after I already figured out my own problem and got it under control myself. Had the endoscopy at Macomb anyway, and it went really smooth. Dr. Nandi is so understanding, and listened when I explained I think I was having a reaction to a medication I was taking. He is honestly great enough to deal with a couple bad apple staff members. Most of the team is great.

Honestly, I don't even entirely blame the billing staff- I blame their system. The people were nice enough, they just don't know how to get everything figured out due to too many hands in the pot. Just be cautious.

The procedure was painless. The doctor and anesthesiologist were wonderful and took time to explain the results. I felt great when I woke up and went out to enjoy a relaxing breakfast.

Right on my appointment time, no waiting, a very good experience all around.

It was a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The process was explained from start to finish. Was in and out in a timely and safe manner. Received a follow up call the next day to check on me.

The only issue is that the communication manager does not handle comms well in either direction. But the center, its doctors etc
are worth even that.

Dr Weber is an awesome GI doctor I've had him for a long time and so have many of my family and friends. His staff is very helpful and caring. I love that he comes to talk to you after your procedures instead of making you come into the office. I would highly recommend Dr Weber.

Very nice, thorough and you don’t wait very long after check in or being put in your room, the staff truly cares about the patient. Dr. Bakken is the best, she explains things prior to procedure and makes sure you don’t wait long afterwards for your results.

I liked the location. My Primary Care, Dr. Buchanan is located in the same bldg. An easy trip to get to! I was assisted right away and the PA was most pleasant and very easy to talk to. She listened well. Asked great questions and made some suggestions. She recommended requesting a couple of tests to help diagnose my situation. I felt she did a throughal job of listening and answering my concerns and thoughts.

I have been a patient for years and I’m very satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Willie.

I was weighed and the taken to an exam room promptly where BP and temp were taken. Dr. Wille came in shortly after and I was on my way home 20 minutes after my appointment time. Dr. Wille explained test results, discussed my situation, and ordered additional testing, and did not rush me at all.

Friendly on the phone, doctor’s office had that same feel, chipper & upbeat. Nurses were professional, speedy & helpful. The doctor I seen was friendly, and delivered good news after the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience, I would definitely recommend you get in, have that colonoscopy done sooner than later. The technology can save your life, so if you haven’t thought about it, perhaps it’s time. If you have been putting it off, let me be that voice of reason. Set up appointment & be done with it for 10 years.

Dr Tocco is quick and efficient. Office staff are super friendly and comforting. I was even called in ahead of schedule for procedure! Kudos for that when you aren’t able to eat until after procedure!

Dr. Donat and his support staff are very personable, competent, and engaging. Colonoscopys are necessary evil and the staff here make them as easy as possible.

I went to this office for the first time ever. I found everyone to be cordial, helpful, attentive, and efficient. I was in with Jennifer the PA. She was wonderful. She listened, she was knowledgable, addressed all my concerns, explained thinhgs very clearly, and has wondeful interpersonal skills. After my visit I felt mcuh more at ease about my condition and the remedies for it.

Went here for a colonoscopy and from check-in to check-out it was a good experience. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Dr Quallich did my procedure. As always - the prep is worse than the procedure! I will definitely go back for other necessary procedures.

I walked in and everyone was so amazingly friendly! Abby made me and my family feel relaxed. My PA (sorry I forgot your name) listened to everything I said! She NEVER blew off anything I described and almost instantly my systems eased when I started the meds she prescribed. Not gone but eased is so much better! I highly recommend going here!!!!! But only if you want to feel better quickly!!!

I have had really bad experiences with Gastroenterologists in the past due to my history with bulimia nervosa. I have complications from years of my illness, and have been turned down by Gastros in the past or them downplaying my symptoms. I was really anxious going into this appt with Dr. Richard Wille, however I had the best experience ever! He listened to me, didnt make me feel bad about my history, and developed a plan to figure out what's going on. I never make reviews, however, I am just so grateful to have found a doctor who actually cares and listens to their patients. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a gastroenterologist!

All went well with my appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good experience given the circumstances. Not a fun procedure, but luckily they made it not so terrible. TY

The staff was great. They were pleasant. My procedure was swift. I even had a nurse walk me out to the car.

All of the Staff and the Doctor working at the office were very nice. The doctor understood my concern about My Bi Polar meds because of the reaction I had during my recent heart bypass surgery and the time it took to get back to normal again. The doctor came up with several solutions to my fear of having to get the Anastasia while taking my Bi polar meds and suggested a few other solutions to the the Anastasia. The doctor was great in understanding of my fear of going under Anastasia.

Doctor and staff were very efficient. Appointment was quick. I was in and out in about 25min. I would recommend Doctor.

My experience at the Center for Digestive Health was awesome. Considering what I personally went through preparing for my colonoscopy once I got there everything was so smooth from the receptionist to the woman asking the questions when I got taken back into the room, to the nurses who were watching over me, and Dr Wille who was very kind and caring as they all were. Let me add the nurse who was taking care of me when I woke up how great and wonderful she was to me. Then my wheelchair ride to my car...all went perfectly awesome!

If it is possible to say, I had a great experience with the entire team when I had my procedure. He wants to schedule more tests that I've already had on more than one occasion. I had 17 ERCPs in 3 years with my previous DR. and now he wants another. I did the colonoscopy and EUS 2 years ago with Dr Willey. He said to make sure he didn't miss anything. If he missed something I don't want him as my Dr.!

Dr. Abadir was very nice and thorough. He cares about his patients and will do what is necessary to resolve your health issues. We have been to the Romeo plank office which was very clean.The only thing is when you are greeted they are nice and thorough but need to smile. 🙂

I had a procedure this morning with Dr. Nandi at the Surgical Centers of Michigan located on Investment Drive. Dr. Nandi as always was the most professional and caring doctor that I have encountered.
But, what impressed me was the staff in the office. The TEAM (receptionist, the nurse who checked me and made me ready for the procedure, Anesthesiologist and nurse in the procedure room, the recovery room nurse, the PA who called me later in the day to check-up on me) showed me such care and compassion. It made me feel as if I was the most important patient that they would encounter.
It is obvious that these professionals love what they are doing. They love helping others. That made all the difference to me.

The staff is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, the facilities are clean with private rooms, and the doctors are the best I've found.
