NOELLE MAUDE is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Oakland University in 1999. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2017. Her experience as a nurse includes medical-surgical nursing, gastroenterology, emergency medicine, and 15 years of critical care nursing in the SICU. 
 
 She is a wife and mother of two children. Both of her children have Celiac disease, and she has acquired a strong knowledge base about dietary management and resources for patients with Celiac disease. Noelle is very passionate about healthcare maintenance, illness prevention, and overall wellness through medications and lifestyle changes. She spends her free time camping, kayaking, watching baseball, reading, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.

I recently had a screening at the Center for Digestive Health, where Dr. Willie was the attending specialist. I would give him and the entire staff a 5.0 rating for making the entire experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. I carefully followed the preparation instructions, and the procedure itself was quick, painless, and very efficient. Dr. Willie is outstanding, and the staff was equally professional and supportive. Many thanks to everyone at the Center for Digestive Health for providing such excellent care.

I'll make this brief. Full disclosure, I've known Dr. Partha Nandi for quite some time. I personally know of his commitment to treat his patients with care and courtesy. Plus, "HE'S THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS" !!! And the Troy Gastro staff is top notch !!!

I had a positive experience at the Center for Digestive Health in Macomb, where the staff demonstrated exceptional care and compassion. Although the tests I underwent were quite stressful, the team explained each step thoroughly, making the process more manageable. The anesthesiologist was particularly reassuring before the procedure, and the doctor provided a detailed explanation of the results afterward.
The welcoming nature of the team helped alleviate my concerns, and I highly recommend this center to anyone, especially those with anxiety about medical appointments.

I have had really bad experiences with Gastroenterologists in the past due to my history with bulimia nervosa. I have complications from years of my illness, and have been turned down by Gastros in the past or them downplaying my symptoms. I was really anxious going into this appt with Dr. Richard Wille, however I had the best experience ever! He listened to me, didnt make me feel bad about my history, and developed a plan to figure out what's going on. I never make reviews, however, I am just so grateful to have found a doctor who actually cares and listens to their patients. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a gastroenterologist!

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so pleasant & friendly. I knew again that I was in the right place for testing & future treatments. Dr. Richard Willie & his procedure staff is very kind & pleasant as well. I would highly recommend him for any gastrointestinal needs anyone has! Another event end of year 2025 that sent me to the ER & needed a follow up with Dr Wille.
I again highly recommend Dr Wille. He cares, he's patient & thorough. I cannot express enough how wonderful Reneshia (nurse in scheduling) was. This event was extremely difficult for me & she calmed & reassured me all would be well. Thank you for having her in your practice!

I was recommended Dr Saeed by my PCP. The office sent paperwork plenty in advance. Although some of it seemed unnecessary the prepping instructions were easy to follow and worked out perfectly. The facility moved like clockwork and t he procedure went swiftly. They explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt very satisfied by the experience. I would highly recommend.
