Blood Draw was quick & efficient once we got to it, so that's where the 5 Stars come from. However, I had to read through a 17 page Research Study document (which could have been sent in advance), then sign the paperwork in what appeared to be an examination room in one building, and then, strangely, had to walk across the parking lot drive to a second building for the blood draw....? Seemed like all could have been done in one building or the other. (The second building had a regular waiting room like any other doctor's office.)

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Donat and his entire staff, especially Sarah R., medical assistant. From the moment you walk into the office, you are treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Dr. Donat takes the time to truly listen to his patients, explain everything thoroughly, and make you feel comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to find a physician who combines such extensive knowledge with such an amazing bedside manner. The office runs efficiently and communication is excellent and prompt. Sarah R. deserves special recognition for her thorough patient care, attention to detail, and warm personality. She consistently goes above and beyond to help patients. Her dedication to her role does not go unnoticed. If you are looking for exceptional gastroenterology care or IV infusion services, I highly recommend Dr. Donat and his team. I had a positive experience at the Center for Digestive Health in Macomb, where the staff demonstrated exceptional care and compassion. Although the tests I underwent were quite stressful, the team explained each step thoroughly, making the process more manageable. The anesthesiologist was particularly reassuring before the procedure, and the doctor provided a detailed explanation of the results afterward. The welcoming nature of the team helped alleviate my concerns, and I highly recommend this center to anyone, especially those with anxiety about medical appointments.

I really appreciate the ability to connect easily and quickly with Dr. Wille through his staff by text and phone messages. I find his staff to be professional and their assistance is very helpful. Dr. Wille is a great listener and answers my questions and concerns without making me feel uncomfortable which I appreciate. I know I am getting the best care. He really cares about his patients.

Friendly and compassionate care

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so pleasant & friendly. I knew again that I was in the right place for testing & future treatments. Dr. Richard Willie & his procedure staff is very kind & pleasant as well. I would highly recommend him for any gastrointestinal needs anyone has! Another event end of year 2025 that sent me to the ER & needed a follow up with Dr Wille. I again highly recommend Dr Wille. He cares, he's patient & thorough. I cannot express enough how wonderful Reneshia (nurse in scheduling) was. This event was extremely difficult for me & she calmed & reassured me all would be well. Thank you for having her in your practice!
