Nicole Najor, MSN, FNP-C

Nicole Najor is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of nursing care experience. In 2013 she graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a concentration in Pre-health Professions. She then went on to complete an accelerated BSN program at Oakland University. She worked as a Registered Nurse in various specialties, including home care, rehabilitation, and progressive and critical care, while continuing her education. In 2019, she earned her Masters of Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Detroit Mercy. Her goals are to always treat her patients like family and promote healthy lifestyle changes & preventive care. With her free time she enjoys spending quality time and making memories with her husband and three children.

I am VERY selective when it comes my health. I live in Port Huron and drive to CDH in Troy. All of the providers are exceptional. Specially, I'm a patient of Dr. Bakken and Colette NP. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They're also very approachable and willing to take a much time for patient education, that is as important as the tests that are ordered. I have learned that an elevated lab result doesn't necessarily need to be super high to potentially lead to further health issues. I'm so grateful.

From scheduling the procedure all the way through the actual procedure a good experience, friendly staff, great advice for the preparation, step by step reminders on what to do next and on the day of the procedure everything went well, in and out as scheduled.

The worst part about a colonoscopy is the day before with no eating and cleansing your system. Once that was over the experience at Macomb Endoscopy was awesome. Very friendly, and FAST. Was in and out (no pun intended) in no time! Everyone from the second you check-in to the very end were very friendly.

I’ve been a patient at Center for Digestive Health for over 25years and have had nothing but exceptional care with Dr Nandi and the Nurse Practitioners Nicolette and other NPs in the practice. Front staff and medical staff are all professional and friendly. My questions are answered and I don’t feel rushed when the NP or physician are with me during an office visit. All have very good communicative skills with patients which is a huge plus.
