I had my procedure done here and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From check in to discharge, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The facility was super clean and organized, and the whole process went smoothly and on time. Dr Bologna came in and talked to me after my procedure and went over the results. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Doctor willie is absolutely the best. The staff not only at the front desk but all of the nursing staff are absolutely first rate. Very caring and experienced group of caregivers. The only issue is they are so well-known they need a larger facility especially the waiting room.

My visit with Dr Donot was a follow up visit after a procedure and fortunately there was not a lot to talk about but the Doctor asked all the questions and made sure anything I needed was answered. Great visit.

I’ve been a patient at Center for Digestive Health for over 25years and have had nothing but exceptional care with Dr Nandi and the Nurse Practitioners Nicolette and other NPs in the practice. Front staff and medical staff are all professional and friendly. My questions are answered and I don’t feel rushed when the NP or physician are with me during an office visit. All have very good communicative skills with patients which is a huge plus.

I am so glad I chose The Center for Digestive Health for my GI health care test. Everyone is professional and courteous. They are a busy practice, but everyone efficiently takes care of everything with reminders and updates about your pending procedure. Dr. M. Donat is a caring , skilled and very informative doctor. In my opinion, rest assurred, he's one of the best in this field.

My doctor is awesome. I refuse to put his name on a bad review. Over the years, the staff just keeps getting worse and worse. I was supposed to schedule an EGD for my continuous nausea and vomiting, but it turns out I had an outstanding bill that already went to collections. Admittedly, I do not open my mail, but anytime I visit, I ask if I have an open balance, because I'd pay. I asked back in November, when I had a colonoscopy, if I had a balance at the time. The answer was NO, $0 balance. When I went to schedule they said because my deductible is not met, the procedure would be $680 without biopsies and I'd have to pay my previous balance of $500 that they already sent to collections, and then $300 up front for the EGD. My deductible is only $500. I'm incredibly confused. So I've now paid off my balance to the debt collector, but can't afford to get my procedure. Had they told me I had a bill-back in November-I'd have been able to get help now.
I'll still return to see my doctor because I don't hold him responsible for the incompetency of his staff.
Furthermore, why couldn't I just start paying my balance on the new ridiculous bill you were going to charge, which I don't think is fully accurate? Instead I paid off the $432 to collections because I HAD to, they say, before they can schedule me. The outstanding bill, btw, was from Pinnacle anesthesia because apparently anesthesia is not covered for an endoscopic procedure. Weird. I guess I could schedule my endoscopy and we can talk about me staying awake for it? Does that get me a discount?!?

Then, THEN, I call the collections company and I paid my full balance they gave me, but THEN the office says the billing company got the number wrong and I still owe $107 after paying over $400. Again, I HAVE to pay the debt they already sold to collections before they will help. Their mistake is preventing me from getting help. And the collections agency doesn't know what I owe. I'm being held captive by the incompetency of this billing team. I called Monday and still waiting on a call back. It's Friday.

This has happened to me before here, and I paid the bill off at once then too. I actually offer copays, check my balance ANYTIME I've been in the office. Just because you guys are awful at your job and don't bill properly or timely doesn't mean I should have to suffer.

When I asked about my balance in person at my colonoscopy, remember it was $0. I have not been seen since. Yet my bills are from prior to that!

Seriously too, they could've told me my balance before my tele health visit with my doctor. Or the 4 times I scheduled a telehealth this year and got canceled on multiple times by you guys. At ANY point you could have let me know my balance. I also could have opened my mail- I get it- but you could also just be competent at your JOB. I don't get paid for opening my mail. You are getting paid to do your job right.

Dr. Nandi is so understanding, and listened when I explained I think I was having a reaction to a medication I was taking. He is honestly great enough to deal with a couple bad apple staff members. Most of the team is great.

Honestly, I don't even entirely blame the billing staff- I blame their system. The people were nice enough, they just don't know how to get everything figured out due to too many hands in the pot. Just be cautious.

The anesthesiologist was wonderful. He told me exactly what to expect and the anesthesia was so light that I awoke immediately as the procedure was ending. I felt no grogginess afterward. It was the best 30-minute nap I’ve had in a long time. The next thing I remember is waking up back in my cubicle and talking to my wife. A nurse came in to check on me. After a while I was offered a juice to drink. Dr. A. Bakken came and told me the results. The nurse explained the discharge instructions. Then I was told I could get dress and go home.

This was my second colonoscopy preformed by Dr. Anezi Bakken, She is a pleasant and caring person. I have recommended the to friends in the past and will continue to do so, Thank You Dr. Bakken and staff.

About 6 weeks ago I was contacted by the office that I was due for a return visit. That was great timing...I didn't have to call to set up an appointment because they called me. That tells me these people are not only professionals but excellent record keepers as well. Then they made sure I had the list to follow for the prep. On the scheduled date there was a 20 min wait, which in my opinion wasn't too much time to wait. They processed me through with the efficiency that Henry Ford would be proud of. The staff was friendly, the procedure was painless. I'd give this staff a 10 out of 10. Thank you for treating me with dignity.

All of the Staff and the Doctor working at the office were very nice. The doctor understood my concern about My Bi Polar meds because of the reaction I had during my recent heart bypass surgery and the time it took to get back to normal again. The doctor came up with several solutions to my fear of having to get the Anastasia while taking my Bi polar meds and suggested a few other solutions to the the Anastasia. The doctor was great in understanding of my fear of going under Anastasia.

I changed to Dr Willy because I wasn't getting any progress from my previous Dr. Things aren't going any differently here. He wants to schedule more tests that I've already had on more than one occasion. I had 17 ERCPs in 3 years with my previous DR. and now he wants another. I did the colonoscopy and EUS 2 years ago with Dr Willey. He said to make sure he didn't miss anything. If he missed something I don't want him as my Dr.!

My husband saw a physician assistant, Jennifer, who was enormously helpful and understanding. Some of the issues we were having, she referred to Patricia Brown, who phoned us almost as soon as we got home. As my husband said, “they are really on top of their game.”

I liked the location. My Primary Care, Dr. Buchanan is located in the same bldg. An easy trip to get to! I was assisted right away and the PA was most pleasant and very easy to talk to. I went to this office for the first time ever. I found everyone to be cordial, helpful, attentive, and efficient. I was in with Jennifer the PA. She was wonderful. There is NO Better GI Dr than Dr Partha Nandi, this man took care of my Barrets Esophagus disease with the new technology they had on hand, and he saved my life. I am Forever grateful! You may have a wait to see him, but trust me, it is worth it!

I love love this office and the staff. I personally have been a patient of Dr. Emin Donat since my early 20's. I am now turning 50 this September. He is so kind and caring. His patients are priority. He is so kind. Willing to listen and address your problems. He never makes you feel like he needs to rush onto the next patient. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him, and I always refer anyone his way because you will not find anyone better. Been coming to this office since 2011, and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I was weighed and the taken to an exam room promptly where BP and temp were taken. Dr. Wille came in shortly after and I was on my way home 20 minutes after my appointment time. Dr. Wille explained test results, discussed my situation, and ordered additional testing, and did not rush me at all.
