Staff was professional and very friendly. My nurse Alyssa was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I’m an extremely hard poke when it comes to IVs. Usually takes three times. Of course this makes me very nauseous and almost passing out due to all the pokes. She told me not to worry and relax.
She’s got me. Alyssa told me she was using a 22 gauge which USA very small needle and she was able to get it in the side of my hand without me feeling a thing. OMG I cannot thank her enough.
I love Dr. Willie, who is definitely one of my favorite and best docs. So kind, understanding, thorough, easy to speak with, and I never feel rushed.

Blood Draw was quick & efficient once we got to it, so that's where the 5 Stars come from.
However, I had to read through a 17 page Research Study document (which could have been sent in advance), then sign the paperwork in what appeared to be an examination room in one building, and then, strangely, had to walk across the parking lot drive to a second building for the blood draw....? Seemed like all could have been done in one building or the other. (The second building had a regular waiting room like any other doctor's office.)

I appreciate the convenience of virtual appointments.

the day I made my appointment through my procedure everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable

My doctor is awesome. I refuse to put his name on a bad review. Over the years, the staff just keeps getting worse and worse. I was supposed to schedule an EGD for my continuous nausea and vomiting, but it turns out I had an outstanding bill that already went to collections. Admittedly, I do not open my mail, but anytime I visit, I ask if I have an open balance, because I'd pay. I asked back in November, when I had a colonoscopy, if I had a balance at the time. The answer was NO, $0 balance. When I went to schedule they said because my deductible is not met, the procedure would be $680 without biopsies and I'd have to pay my previous balance of $500 that they already sent to collections, and then $300 up front for the EGD. My deductible is only $500. I'm incredibly confused. So I've now paid off my balance to the debt collector, but can't afford to get my procedure. Had they told me I had a bill-back in November-I'd have been able to get help now.
I'll still return to see my doctor because I don't hold him responsible for the incompetency of his staff.
Furthermore, why couldn't I just start paying my balance on the new ridiculous bill you were going to charge, which I don't think is fully accurate? Instead I paid off the $432 to collections because I HAD to, they say, before they can schedule me. The outstanding bill, btw, was from Pinnacle anesthesia because apparently anesthesia is not covered for an endoscopic procedure. Weird. I guess I could schedule my endoscopy and we can talk about me staying awake for it? Does that get me a discount?!?

Then, THEN, I call the collections company and I paid my full balance they gave me, but THEN the office says the billing company got the number wrong and I still owe $107 after paying over $400. Again, I HAVE to pay the debt they already sold to collections before they will help. Their mistake is preventing me from getting help. And the collections agency doesn't know what I owe. I'm being held captive by the incompetency of this billing team. I called Monday and still waiting on a call back. It's Friday.

This has happened to me before here, and I paid the bill off at once then too. I actually offer copays, check my balance ANYTIME I've been in the office. Just because you guys are awful at your job and don't bill properly or timely doesn't mean I should have to suffer.

When I asked about my balance in person at my colonoscopy, remember it was $0. I have not been seen since. Yet my bills are from prior to that!

Seriously too, they could've told me my balance before my tele health visit with my doctor. Or the 4 times I scheduled a telehealth this year and got canceled on multiple times by you guys. At ANY point you could have let me know my balance. I also could have opened my mail- I get it- but you could also just be competent at your JOB. I don't get paid for opening my mail. You are getting paid to do your job right.

Dr. Nandi is so understanding, and listened when I explained I think I was having a reaction to a medication I was taking. He is honestly great enough to deal with a couple bad apple staff members. Most of the team is great.

Honestly, I don't even entirely blame the billing staff- I blame their system. The people were nice enough, they just don't know how to get everything figured out due to too many hands in the pot. Just be cautious.

My wife was recently in the hospital. The ER determined she had diverticulitis. The CDH doctors took very good care of her. We had a post hospital visit that went well.

I was very pleased with my first visit in the Clinton Twp office, Dr. Wille and his staff were so kind, knowledgeable and friendly during my visit.

Dr Willie was recommended to me my surgeon by Dr Steven’s. Dr Willie was amazing and went above and beyond for my procedure. I barely had time to even sit down in the waiting room.(very quick and on time.. love that!) His staff was very informative, caring and attentive. They explained the whole process in detail and went over my questions and concerns. He met with me after the procedure to go over what was found and my next steps. I couldn’t have been more happier. I loved the nurse she was so kind and very helpful. They even checked up on me after I went home. Overall I had a Great experience for an overly anxious person that was nervous about the whole procedure. They really put my mind at ease. Thank you again!

Dr. Bakken has been my GI doctor since I started having colonoscopies in my 50's and now that I'm in my later 70's I just had my final procedure with Dr. Bakken today. Her friendly, caring and professional demeanor has never changed over the years which I have always appreciated. With that said, I want to thank Dr. Bakken and the staff at Troy Gastroenterology for their outstanding work in making this procedure a more tolerable one.

All of Troy Gastroenterolgy is great. Dr Abadir is my Dr and he is very good. I had issues and he worked with me and my primary to improve my condition. My experience with the CDG Surgical Center was excellent. There had been some confusion in the referral process (not on their part). Once I explained the situation, the doctor and her staff were flexible and quickly adjusted to meet my needs. They were timely, thorough, and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Bakken.

I was overwhelmed with joy when they accepted my straight medicaid after suffering a job loss. Dr. Wille was absolutely adorable and most professional. He already researched all my former tests and results before my appt. And he was very knowledgeable of how to proceed with my illness. The staff was so generous in getting me an appt within a day or two. This office answers the phone with sweetness. I only wish they accepted all kinda of other insurance programs for my insurance changes to something else after the first of the year. I will miss this Doctor and his staff.

This was the first time I went to see Dr. Bologna for a routine colonoscopy ( the first one in 10 years) and the first one not in a hospital. The overnight prep was much easier than I remembered, and it was much more personal coming to a treatment center office. Dr. Weber was originally recommended by my primary care physician because she sees him for her colonoscopes. Can't get a better recommendation than that. I've seen Dr. Weber 3 times now for colonoscopies. Every time he and the nurses and technicians have been friendly and professional. They are very efficient and well prepared. Appointments have always been on time and prep is quick. Following the procedure, Dr. Weber meets with patients in post op and carefully explains any findings. As long as Dr. Weber is practicing I will be using him.

I have seen Dr. Weber at the Center for Digestive Health for all of my colonoscopies over the last 25 years. Yesterday's will be my last, since I had no polyps and I am now 76. All of my visits have been as good as a colonoscopy can be. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I am very grateful for them taking care of me this whole time. I recommend them highly!

All of the Staff and the Doctor working at the office were very nice. The doctor understood my concern about My Bi Polar meds because of the reaction I had during my recent heart bypass surgery and the time it took to get back to normal again. The doctor came up with several solutions to my fear of having to get the Anastasia while taking my Bi polar meds and suggested a few other solutions to the the Anastasia. The doctor was great in understanding of my fear of going under Anastasia.

The ease of going there compared to a hospital there’s no comparison. The nurse I had was totally amazing. I had a horrible experience with the I’ve cath at hospital 6 times trying kept blowing veins. At the center for digestive health my nurse understood that and talked me down with doing what she needed to do and got the vein on first try. I will definately be doing all possible procedures here.

Hi I have been a patient of Center for Digestive Health since I was in my mid 20's. I am now in my late 40's now.. I have seen Dr.Donat and a few of the other Dr's in the practice. Dr. Donat has been my primary person. He has been amazing. My problems have been complicated and challenging. I know I have caused him head scratching moments of wondering what the heck is wrong. Yet all thru it his bedside manner has been amazing kind he answers all my questions. He never makes you feel uncomfortable or unimportant. If you have GI issues or need GI help. Go see him. Or anyone of the other staff. The office staff is amazing as well his Medical Assistant Sarah is so thoughtful. Round two! Had my first one three years ago and with family history, having another by Dr. Donat is a no-brainer. Quick. Painless. Worst part is just drinking the large quantity of clear liquids 1-2 days before. Small price to pay to avoid the second leading cause of cancer death.

Dr. Donat has done this procedure thousands of times. Mine lasted 15 minutes. Went perfectly. Don’t wait.

Dr. Quallich and his staff are great. They are always very helpful, friendly and you never feel rushed. I have Crohn’s disease among other things so it’s very important to know you have a Dr. and he’s staff that know how important it is for you to have and get an appointment sometimes ASAP. I never have to worry about my medicine being at the pharmacy. In all the yrs I have been going to him I have never had to call more then one time for an appointment, medication or advice.

Jessica Long, NP, was extremely pleasant, efficient, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, informative, & conscientious! She had a number of suggestions for adjusting my treatment that has me feeling hopeful for experiencing less G.I. symptoms! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her highly! The gentleman who brought me in to take my vital signs & edit my Med Profile did not give me his name, nor was he wearing a name tag that I could see. He was not very friendly or personable, but he did his job & I can't really fault him for tha! (He did not, however, look like he was very happy to be at work!) The staff at the front desk AND the checkout area were awesome! Nolan, was extra helpful in that he printed out my Visit Summary & mailed it to me! What a nice favor & such an accommodating, friendly fellow! Thanks very much, Everyone… And keep up the great work! We Patients appreciate everything you do for us!!!

As much as I dread this procedure the staff made me feel at ease. I had absolutely no negative impact from the anesthesia or the procedure. I’m not ever going to look foreword to this procedure but if required this is where I’m going.

Amazing doctor that listens very well. I went to her for one issue which turned out to be something that resolved itself, but she listened so well that she helped me fix a problem I wasn't even there for. My primary had told me I had acid reflux a couple years prior but Dr Bakken asked about my symptoms she said that didn't sound right and wanted to confirm it with a scope. Scope showed no ulcers or abnormal findings and she instructed me to get tested for food allergies. I do that, tested positive for intolerance to a quite a few things, cut those things out for a few months, and I felt like a new person! I could not believe that for years I didn't have a clue what "normal" felt like. Only bummer is that she is booked far out for appointments, but that shows that she is good and people trust her.

I was very happy with my appointment yesterday. Took time to listen to all my concerns and answered so I understood. I highly recommend Center for Digestive Health . I have had a few colonoscopies done here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have them done. In and out in very little time!

Hard to a last minute type appointment when you need it. The office and doctors are very busy. But once you have an appointment Dr. Weber is wonderful and spends time to explain things. Also the staff is great.

Have had life long gastro flair ups which have at times, impacted the quality of my life. So I made an appointment with Dr Donat to hopefully get a diagnosis and treatment plan to improve my life. He recommended testing and after the results, he gave me a plan of action to hopefully set me on a path to feeling better. I have only been seeing him for a few months but he has given me more information and action steps that doctors I have seen in the past. I am planning on staying with him for any of my gastro issues.

Dr Webber is absolutely the kindest Dr I've ever been a patient of.
I can imagine that the medical profession is very demanding and I've been in offices where the Dr's have been short and barely stay in the room 2 minutes and I'm left with more questions than I walked in with but not with Dr Webber, I was the last appointment of the day and I'm sure he was ready for his day to be over but he stayed in there and answered every question that I had and was so kind and caring.

Center for Digestive Health is a perfect place to go if you have any type of digestive issue. They make you feel very comfortable talking about any issue you may be experiencing and they ask all the appropriate questions all the while putting you at ease. When I called I was worried about something and they worked to get me right in. I saw the PA Noelle and she is just wonderful. Everyone at the desk and beyond are very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Weber has been my doctor there for years and I trust him explicitly. His assistant Debbie always helps me out and listens to me and is always very kind. The office is warm, clean and inviting. There are a few locations and so that makes it very nice. All in all I’m very impressed with this group of Doctors, Nurses and Assistants.

Dr. Bakken is so caring and down to earth. She really listens to her patients. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Also had procedure done with Dr. Bakken and they do everything to make the patient feel at ease.

I'll tell you what.....getting my first-ever colonoscopy was easier than I could have ever imagined. I have dreaded this procedure for the last several years because many people have made it sound like it's the worst thing ever. Yes, the prep is nothing fun, but not anything worse than I had anticipated. After that, Dr. Quallich and his staff made me feel as comfortable as can be, and everything, including the procedure, went as discussed. The rest of my day, I felt as normal as can be. Thank you, Dr. Quallich and staff, for being so friendly and turning something I wasn't looking forward to into a great experience.

I changed to Dr Willy because I wasn't getting any progress from my previous Dr. Things aren't going any differently here. He wants to schedule more tests that I've already had on more than one occasion. I had 17 ERCPs in 3 years with my previous DR. and now he wants another. I did the colonoscopy and EUS 2 years ago with Dr Willey. He said to make sure he didn't miss anything. If he missed something I don't want him as my Dr.!

Dr. Weber is an exceptional physician. He listens very carefully to his patients and always considers their their words when treating the whole patient. I went to Dr. Weber after I became increasingly frustrated with my other GI docs. He has improved my condition tremendously with a little out of the box thinking after the other standard treatments I tried didn’t work. He is so kind and smart, two things I look for in a doctor.

I had Dr. Saeed in 2017. I thought she was very kind. I am disturbed I must admit to hear of the complaints she is getting and now wonder should I find a new doctor for my colonoscopy. The reviews do not sound promising. Does the office call when it is time for 5 yr check up? I had 3 polyps where 2 could have turned in to cancer. I am truly sad to read these reports. I have always bragged to others of her kindness. Tell me she is still the kind person, one who listens to her patients.

I have had really bad experiences with Gastroenterologists in the past due to my history with bulimia nervosa. I have complications from years of my illness, and have been turned down by Gastros in the past or them downplaying my symptoms. He listened to me, didnt make me feel bad about my history, and developed a plan to figure out what's going on. I never make reviews, however, I am just so grateful to have found a doctor who actually cares and listens to their patients. The prep for my colonoscopy was reasonable, the scheduling was good, the staff was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The procedure went fast and precise. Dr. Quallich came in directly after the procedure and explained the results and answered all questions completely. Only complaint was the waiting room was being remodeled and it was crowded, noisy, and drafty.

Dr. Donat removed a bile duct stone from my liver for me. He is a consummate professional. Outstanding bedside manner. He and his staff are an extremely well oiled machine. I was in and out of the operating room within an hour. My pain was gone.

This review is long overdue. I feel as though I owe the positive changes in my health to Dr Wille. While I knew something was wrong, many doctors failed to figure out exactly what was causing the issues. Dr Wille was not only knowledgeable, he was compassionate…and he listened. Dr Q has been my doc for over 15 years. He is always kind and caring. I suffer from a couple complicated GI disorders and he has been a wonderful doctor in helping treat everything.

If you’re due for your colonoscopy, you couldn’t go to a better place. These people had me in within five minutes of my time and I was out an hour and 10 minutes later. These folks know what they’re doing and have it down to a science. Also, they’re very friendly very nice and very respectful.

This is my 2nd Colonoscopy but my first with the Centrr for Digestive Health. The staff were awesome! Very nice and knew what they were doing. It's difficult to get a needle in my vein and they got it the first time. They even followed up with a phone call to see how i was doing after the surgery.

I would highly recommend them.

This was my first time, the staff is exceptional. There is not one person that made me feel anything other than comfortable. They explain everything you need to know, after you are released they call you at home to check on you. Facility is very clean.

I just had second colonoscopy with Dr. Q. The prep is nowhere close to what people say. Not great, sure but not how people make it out to be! Q doesn’t wear a lab coat which makes me feel more comfortable and apparently I made my point too many times because of the sleepy stuff! Awesome facility! I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Donat and his staff were very attentive. They run a clean facility and it is very COVID safe/conscious. You can tell Dr. Donat cares for his patients and their overall health. After my mother’s colonoscopy, they even brought her orange juice when she woke up since they knew she had diabetes. They even called her a few hours after to make sure she was okay. We are making Dr. Donat the GI doctor for my father as well after our wonderful experience. Dr. Donat and his staff are efficient and very kind. My mom does not speak English well and it makes her uneasy with American doctors. However, she felt extremely comfortable under their care and with the communication! Thanks Dr. Donat and his team!

This was my first time going to Dr. Wille. My experience with Dr. Wille and his entire staff was outstanding. I was made to feel like I was the only patient they had to see that day. Everyone was professional and extremely kind. I can't thank him/them enough.

I had a procedure this morning with Dr. Nandi at the Surgical Centers of Michigan located on Investment Drive. Dr. Nandi as always was the most professional and caring doctor that I have encountered.
But, what impressed me was the staff in the office. The TEAM (receptionist, the nurse who checked me and made me ready for the procedure, Anesthesiologist and nurse in the procedure room, the recovery room nurse, the PA who called me later in the day to check-up on me) showed me such care and compassion. It made me feel as if I was the most important patient that they would encounter.

My appointment was for 3:30 . At 3:33 my name was called. Dr. Willie and his staff are the best.

I went to see Dr Wille based on his reviews so I wanted to add to that for the next person trying to figure out who to see. I hate going to the doctors for anything, and often feel rushed through and dismissed. Dr Wille came in the room with the most welcoming demeanor, and even shook my hand! I felt I had his full attention the entire appointment which makes me trust his game plan for my health moving forward since I know I was actually listened to. It's so refreshing finding doctors like this out there still 🙂

A very caring and professional facility. Everyone answered all my questions from check-in to recovery. I was given a very thorough report of my procedure with post op instructions. From having a warmed blanket covering me in pre op, being helped to my car after recovery and a follow up call to see how I was doing shows a very caring staff. Thank you!

The procedure was painless. The doctor and anesthesiologist were wonderful and took time to explain the results. I felt great when I woke up and went out to enjoy a relaxing breakfast.

I was going through lots of pain and discomfort and my previous doctor waiting period to see him was very long plus I did not get relief from my symptoms for many years.
I am very happy that I went to Dr Weber. He took an immediate action and took care of my problems very fast. He care about his patient and follow up with them by calling and checking on them. I am a pharmacist and a pharmacy owner. I am recommending him to many of my clients. All his staff and his Pa are very Friendly too and well organized.

Excellent gastro doctor. Very thorough, and he listens to all of my concerns/issues. Have had 2 procedures with him, and all were smooth and seamless, and best of all, painless. So far, so good!

Dr Weber has been my G.I. doctor for 24 years. He always listens and pays attention and he has such a genuine bedside manner with his patients. It’s so nice to see a doctor listen to you and not just stare at a computer but actually talk directly to you. Means so much.

Colonoscopies aren't as bad as some people think. When you come to C.D.H. it's almost pleasant. Everyone has a great attitude and a professional demeanor. In-out, 1,2,3, no muss, no fuss. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

Ignore the the people giving one stars. Was one of the more pleasurable doctors visits I have ever had. Dr. Bakken was great, asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of my issues and immediately presented solutions to move forward. More importantly she took ample time visiting with me and I did not feel rushed. I will say getting ahold of an actual person midday at Center For Digestive Health (going through the automated prompts) can be a tedious process but that is not a reflection of Dr. Bakken's competency or professionalism.

Dr. Webber is he very nice doctor and he makes you feel comfortable and his staff is very nice also and I definitely would recommend them

Dr. Bologna reviewed my medical history and discussed my current situation. His care, compassion and willingness to do lab tests before any invasive procedures was refreshing. I have complete confidence in his ability to address my current issue.

First time I met Dr. Wille is today where I had an out patient procedure. The whole staff is very personal and polite and very professional. Their Medical Center is so nice and clean. I liked that I had a private room unlike the hospital where there is curtain between patients. Very nice guy. Would recommend.

Dr Bakken and her staff were so attentive and efficient in their care of me, it was a totally pleasant experience.
Each staff member were very professional in their duties.

I’ve had a few colonoscopy’s from Dr. Saeed in Lapeer and she is fantastic. I’ll be coming to see her at her new office when I’m due for another.
