Dr Quallich is one of the most caring, honest doctor I have. He always takes the time to really listen as if I was his only patient. He is the first doctor to really diagnose the seriousness of my GI distress and treat accordingly.

If I ever find myself needing to undergo this procedure again, or if anyone else is facing it, I wholeheartedly recommend the Surgical Centers of Michigan. I just had my third colonoscopy. This last one with Dr Saeed was the easiest I’ve ever been through. Her prep was mild compared to the other two I’ve had. No worries about being awake during this procedure with her and the team at Lapeer Hospital! Loved the care and comfortable feel of the situation. Ty Dr Saeed and team!

Dr. Quallich and his staff are great. They are always very helpful, friendly and you never feel rushed. I have Crohn’s disease among other things so it’s very important to know you have a Dr. and he’s staff that know how important it is for you to have and get an appointment sometimes ASAP. I never have to worry about my medicine being at the pharmacy. In all the yrs I have been going to him I have never had to call more then one time for an appointment, medication or advice.

Everyone was really nice to me and before I knew it, I was out like a light and the endoscopy of my esophagus was over !!! Dr Quallich then came in and said everything looked normal and they gave me some apple juice, I got dressed and my driver took me home !!! So it was pleasant experience overall and a few days later the biopsy came back negative!!! I had Dr. Saeed in 2017. I thought she was very kind. I am disturbed I must admit to hear of the complaints she is getting and now wonder should I find a new doctor for my colonoscopy. The reviews do not sound promising. Does the office call when it is time for 5 yr check up? I had 3 polyps where 2 could have turned in to cancer. I am truly sad to read these reports. I have always bragged to others of her kindness. Tell me she is still the kind person, one who listens to her patients.

On time and efficient getting me ready for Endoscopy. Each member of the medical team were kind, caring, compassionate, and very professional. Dr. Wille is my favorite. Blood Draw was quick & efficient once we got to it, so that's where the 5 Stars come from.However, I had to read through a 17 page Research Study document (which could have been sent in advance), then sign the paperwork in what appeared to be an examination room in one building, and then, strangely, had to walk across the parking lot drive to a second building for the blood draw....? Seemed like all could have been done in one building or the other. (The second building had a regular waiting room like any other doctor's office.)

This was a very simple process to follow. From check-in to recovery everyone was very thorough and professional. The nurse did a great job explaining everything adn preparing me for the procedure, very personable. The doctor and procedure staff were also very informative and professional. The procedure adn recovery went very well and again, the staff were great. I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of a colonoscopy. 5-stars, A++

I was going through lots of pain and discomfort and my previous doctor waiting period to see him was very long plus I did not get relief from my symptoms for many years.I am very happy that I went to Dr Weber. I have dreaded this procedure for the last several years because many people have made it sound like it's the worst thing ever. Yes, the prep is nothing fun, but not anything worse than I had anticipated. After that, Dr. Quallich and his staff made me feel as comfortable as can be, and everything, including the procedure, went as discussed. The rest of my day, I felt as normal as can be. Dr. Quallich Is a kind, amazing doctor!! I have been going to him for many years!!!

Ignore the the people giving one stars. Was one of the more pleasurable doctors visits I have ever had. Dr. Bakken was great, asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of my issues and immediately presented solutions to move forward. More importantly she took ample time visiting with me and I did not feel rushed. I will say getting ahold of an actual person midday at Center For Digestive Health (going through the automated prompts) can be a tedious process but that is not a reflection of Dr. Bakken's competency or professionalism.

Dr. Bologna and the entire staff were amazing! My first visit with Dr. Bologna was very personable. He made me feel at ease and he genuinely cared about me and my health. The day of my procedure I was nervous but as soon as they called my name and got into my room with the first nurse the nerves were vanquished away. The entire staff that worked with me in one capacity to another were so friendly and made you feel so comfortable. Dr. Bakken is a very intelligent and caring physician. Her staff is excellent to work with as well. They make me feel that my health concerns matter to them. From check-in to check-out, it’s a wonderful office!

The prep for my colonoscopy was reasonable, the scheduling was good, the staff was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The procedure went fast and precise. Dr. Quallich came in directly after the procedure and explained the results and answered all questions completely. Only complaint was the waiting room was being remodeled and it was crowded, noisy, and drafty.

Dr. Webber is he very nice doctor and he makes you feel comfortable and his staff is very nice also and I definitely would recommend them

I remember before I came to the study I was in the hospital every other day the pain was unbearable I prayed one day to JESUS that he would just kill me dead I thank JESUS in HIS infinite wisdom he didn't listen and instead sent me two guardian Angels in the form of Dr. Donat and Dawn who both along with the study drug has put my crohn's disease in remission I thought I would never workout again but I am still in the gym I thought I would never eat white castles again but I do Dr. Donat and Dawn have been GODSENDS in my life and I thank THE GOOD LORD for them

This was the first time I went to see Dr. Bologna for a routine colonoscopy ( the first one in 10 years) and the first one not in a hospital. The overnight prep was much easier than I remembered, and it was much more personal coming to a treatment center office. The staff seemed very well trained and friendly, and worked hard to put me at ease.Dr. Bologna greeted me and answered my questions... he was friendly and kindOver all, it was an awesome experience for a not very awesome medical exam that adults have to deal with. Dr Desai is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable physicians I've ever encountered. I was very ill and he saved me. I have been in remission from UC for nearly 3 years thanks to this man. I cannot say enough good things about him and his practice.

Dr. Weber is an exceptional physician. He listens very carefully to his patients and always considers their their words when treating the whole patient. I went to Dr. Weber after I became increasingly frustrated with my other GI docs. He has improved my condition tremendously with a little out of the box thinking after the other standard treatments I tried didn’t work. He is so kind and smart, two things I look for in a doctor.

First I would like to say, staff was very friendly !! Dr. Donat was extremely nice and receptive. He listened and asked the right questions to describe my issues. I have had my problem for sometime now and I was VERY afraid of the procedure to diagnose my issues. DR. Donat made me feel comfortable and eased my fear. Not to mention my wait time was minimal.

I've never felt rushed. I've only ever seen Dr. Wille for my colonoscopy and he's always been very pleasant and answers all of my questions without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this office.

Have had life long gastro flair ups which have at times, impacted the quality of my life. So I made an appointment with Dr Donat to hopefully get a diagnosis and treatment plan to improve my life. He recommended testing and after the results, he gave me a plan of action to hopefully set me on a path to feeling better. I have only been seeing him for a few months but he has given me more information and action steps that doctors I have seen in the past. I am planning on staying with him for any of my gastro issues.

Dr. Khan is a person who knows her what she is doing. She's fast and passionate on people's needs.

Dr. Donat and his staff were very attentive. They run a clean facility and it is very COVID safe/conscious. You can tell Dr. Donat cares for his patients and their overall health. After my mother’s colonoscopy, they even brought her orange juice when she woke up since they knew she had diabetes. They even called her a few hours after to make sure she was okay. We are making Dr. Donat the GI doctor for my father as well after our wonderful experience. Dr. Donat and his staff are efficient and very kind. My mom does not speak English well and it makes her uneasy with American doctors. However, she felt extremely comfortable under their care and with the communication! Thanks Dr. Donat and his team!

Very prompt. My appointment was 4.15pm and I was in the examining room by 4.10 and talking with the doctor by 4.15pm. Scheduling for an upcoming procedure was quickly completed. The entire staff from receptionist, medical assistant and procedure scheduler were great: Pleasant, thorough and efficient. Dr. Donat was very caring and explained everything to my complete satisfaction.

Dr. Weber was originally recommended by my primary care physician because she sees him for her colonoscopes. Can't get a better recommendation than that. I've seen Dr. Weber 3 times now for colonoscopies. Every time he and the nurses and technicians have been friendly and professional. They are very efficient and well prepared. Appointments have always been on time and prep is quick. Following the procedure, Dr. Weber meets with patients in post op and carefully explains any findings. As long as Dr. Weber is practicing I will be using him.

He looks you in the eye instead of typing on his computer while you talk, that is so important to me, it shows me that he is LISTENING to me and cares what I have to say. To get an appointment to see him in the office takes awhile, that's how popular he must be. I can see why. That is my only negative that I have encountered. He was timely once it was my appointment time to see him. I appreciated that since so many doctor's have you sit for awhile in the exam room waiting for the doctor to walk in. I was overwhelmed with joy when they accepted my straight medicaid after suffering a job loss. Dr. Wille was absolutely adorable and most professional. He already researched all my former tests and results before my appt. And he was very knowledgeable of how to proceed with my illness. The staff was so generous in getting me an appt within a day or two. This office answers the phone with sweetness. I only wish they accepted all kinda of other insurance programs for my insurance changes to something else after the first of the year. I will miss this Doctor and his staff.

For a colonoscopy it was a good experience. The staff was welcoming and caring from scheduling, checking in, pre procedure, post procedure, getting discharged, etc.

Was a great experience. Arrived on time, and was almost immediately waited on and taken back to prep area. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Was informed of every step along the way. Was in recovery in what seemed like a minute. Was in and out in about an hour. Recieved a follow up call mid afternoon to see how I was doing. Very impressed.

I visited Dr. Bologna yesterday at 5:30pm. Even though it was late in the day, Dr. Bologna provided excellent treatment to my symptom, prescribed Ultrasound and lab order for me to follow up. In addition, he suggested a list of high fiber food for my consideration. I really appreciate his excellent service!
