Prep information and directions were clear and reviewed with me ahead of time. They gave me contact information if I had questions during and prior to prep. Excellent experience overall, knowledgeable team, kind warm and welcoming upon arrival and throughout. The check in Staff, spoke to me right away, very efficient and kind. Staff all made me feel as comfortable as possible in an uncomfortable situation. They got me in and out within a very reasonable time frame, little to no waiting. Dr. Willie was very friendly and had great bed side manners. Dr. Ben (anesthesiologist) was very comforting and explained everything well. My husband and I will refer our friends and family for their gastrointestinal needs. Great news, I don't have to return for 10 years, they were able to rule out my primary physicians possible concerns. I plan on returning to this location when needed. A special thank you to the entire team, including the guy with the super fun hair in the procedure room (sorry I didn't get your name)!
