very friendly staff. Nurse and Dr took the time to go through each step and make sure I was comfortable before proceeding.

Dr. Bakken always makes me feel heard and really takes her time to listen to my concerns. She is so friendly and kind that I always leave my appointments knowing I'm in the right care.

Everyone here is incredibly kind and caring. I had some anxiety when I was preparing for my procedure, but it was done and over with before I had time to think about it. Dr. Donat is excellent, and takes time to explain everything.

I went to this office for the first time ever. I found everyone to be cordial, helpful, attentive, and efficient. I was in with Jennifer the PA. She was wonderful. She listened, she was knowledgable, addressed all my concerns, explained thinhgs very clearly, and has wondeful interpersonal skills. After my visit I felt mcuh more at ease about my condition and the remedies for it.

Excellent care facility. Everyone from walking in to walking out was very pleasant and helpful.

The patient check in was quick and the staff were professional and comforting in asking if I had questions the nurse anesthesiologist was great the Doctor was attentive and asked questions about my family history. I will come back.

Have been using CDH for several years. The administrative staff and especially the procedures staff has always been top notch.

I don’t understand negative reviews. Schedule people were very kind, receptionist was kind, my nurse was amazingly kind . Dr. Bewick and her technical assistants were so kind. As a former medical person, I agree that patients need to take some responsibilities for their attitudes and behavior. These people are trying to give us the best possible results. I was given excellent directions (which I followed to the T). My first colonoscopy and very scared, but this staff, was wonderful! Will see them in 3 years.

From the beginning to the end of my appointment, the staff were very pleasant, they listened to you, they made you feel relaxed, and were professional in every way.
