High praise for my first colonoscopy! Staff, especially Lily and Paige, were awesome. Friendly and patient answering all questions. Dr. Donat was thorough and provided great results and answer to questions. From check-in to check-out, all staff were amazing!

Great experience from check in, to procedure

April 8, 2025: I was in town on an extended stay with family and since I turned 47 in March, I figured I would get a screening done. This was my Colonoscopy experience review. Being an out of pocket patient, I called inquiring about paying for a Colonoscopy screening procedure. They were one of the few offices who actually called back, which I appreciated. The cost was very reasonable. They sent me follow ups via text and emails about how to prep. The day of my procedure I arrived at the office, onboarding was a breeze and everyone seemed very polite and professional. Dr. Bologna was conducting my colonoscopy. I was brought back and explained the procedure. I was wheeled in and once the anesthetist adminstered the drug I was out in a few seconds! I woke up in the recovery room to a cordial nurse who brought me some apple juice and my father was allowed in the room as well. The doctor came in and indicated that all was clean and there were no polyps or issues. I would not need to be screened again for 10 years. They provide you paperwork with pictures they took during the procedure, which is also nice to have. Overall, this went swimmingly and I could not have asked for a better experience. I see the office getting a lot of negative reviews, but as to my recent visit, being a brand new patient with no insurance, they offered a very reasonable price and rewarding experience. Thanks!

Everything from the beginning was perfectly organized. The whole team was very kind, helpful and supportive. Everyone took care about me during the whole procedure. I felt in really good hands with Dr. Quallich and his awesome team! Thank you very much for making me everything easy and feeling comfortable! I can really recommend it for everyone who has issues with digestive problems or pain.

If you want a truly great experience then choose nowhere else. In this day and age it's hard to find this kind of amazing staff and the best care you could receive anywhere. I won't hate having to go for my colonoscopy anymore. Dr. Nanadi is outstanding and has a great bedside manner. So kind and caring. Can' not say enough about such a great experience I had.
