I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nandi for 20+ years and he is second to none. He is caring and compassionate but also professional and efficient. He always gives you as much time as you need to explain yourself and I never feel rushed. He is also very good at coordinating with other members of my care team to make sure all my health goals are not in conflict. Updated 06/12/2024. Still a big Dr Nandi fan. He does all my Gastro stuff plus he coordinates with my other doctors for the issues related to an aging male with multiple problems. Quite simply, Dr Nandi is the best.

Dr. Donat is one of most caring and thoughtful doctors in this practice. He takes time with his patients and is thorough in his medical explanations. His entire staff from the receptionist to the nurse anesthetist to the nurse in pre and post surgical, to staff in the office and infusion center....they are all top -notch medical professionals. I highly recommend this well managed, patient-centered practice. Kudos CDH!

Office staff is friendly and polite, office is clean and well appointed. My visit with Dr Richard Willi was just perfect. He was very attentive, listened to me, made suggestions of over the counter meds that I would benefit from, and recommended a procedure due to my family history. I highly recommend Dr Richard Willi.

This is my second procedure with Dr. Donat at this facility. My first was an endoscopy to diagnose Celiac and second was routine Colonoscopy. Both experiences were very positive. I drove further from my home to see Dr. Donat as opposed to the group and center close by. I had a previous negative experience with a doctor at another practice who missed my celiac disease after several months of visits including a Colonoscopy that Dr Donat was able to diagnose quickly and accurately. His demeanor, personality and expertise are what every patient wants in a doctor and the drive is worth it to me. And the surgical center even though it was extremely busy is ran by caring staff with order and efficiency. Superb care I can’t recommend highly enough.

Fast and efficient patient service and professional staff

I would highly recommend this group for digestive health. They began, continued, and ended the process by staying in contact, offering educational information through written and video/audio material about what to expect, and staying upbeat about the whole process. They included helpful tips about how to prep for the test for the best, most effective results. There were daily reminders about a ‘to buy list’, what a liquid diet consists of, and what was not allowed on the diet. There was a posted phone number to a patient advisor for questions I might have with every contact. The instructions were very clear. I felt encouraged and supported by a wonderful staff, including both nurses who took care of me, the anesthesiologist, procedure tech assistant, and Physician. From the staff who greeted me and checked me in, to the last goodbye on my exit out, everyone was pleasant and professional.

My husband had a good experience for his colonoscopy. Dr. Bolgna explained to him his diagnosis. The staff thru his procedure from beginning to end was great. The only thing we were concerned about is the prep he took the day before did not work like the other times previous. He started prep and nothing until approx 1:30 am the next morning. Even then he did not seem to empty his bowels. So around 11:30 pm I contacted every number on the forms and could not get an answer if he should cancel procedure. The answering services and 800 number had no answee for us and they mentioned they could not leave a message even to the on call doctor unless it was an emergency. It was not an emergency but did need to know if we should cancell procedure for 6:15 am the following morning. Finally, I called back and asked the answering service girl if she could get a hold of a manager and have them contact the on call physician. A physician finally called and just said to wait that the prep might start working soon, which it never really did. A better solution needs to be implemented for patients when a situation like this arises. The phone numbers given were honestly not of any help especially with just wanting a simple answer. Overall, the facility where procedure was done and staff was great.

The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient during my entire visit. They did an awesome job reassuring me and answering all my questions.

I was very pleased with the communication with staff and Dr. Nandi during my preparation and subsequent procedures. everyone was friendly and efficient and explained everything that was about to happen. I was comfortable during the prep and the procedures that progressed quickly and was back home in a timely manner. Thank you.

Office was packed with patients at 7:30 am. I was 10 minutes early. Patients were called and moving. My appointment was smooth the whole time from start to finish. Extremely efficient office. I saw 6 different people and all 6 were friendly, smiling, competent, and kept me comfortable and at ease. Pre-office procedures and calls were 100% the best. I love this office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Donat's since 2017 and I always have positive experiences with him and the staff!!! Dr. Donaat explains health conditions clearly and always provides proactive next steps for improved health. I truly appreciated the follow up call days after my procedure to ensure I was recovering well!!!

Everyone was friendly and kind. I was taken back shortly after arriving. They explained what they were doing. I was done in a timely manner. I was given juice when I woke up. The doctor came in to see me. Talked about my procedure and was very nice. I found the whole process easy. More productive than going to the hospital. Easier quicker. No problems.

All staff are friendly, caring and actually listen . All medical professionals explained everything and very compassionate. I have bad anxiety and the entire process was great. Wish all medical professionals were like here .

My procedure with Dr. Bologna went great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff were all very compassionate. As a physician myself, I was very comfortable having my procedure at Center for Digestive Health, and would recommend them to anyone.

Just had my colonoscopy done at this location. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was able to get in and out in 1 hr and 15mins. Great staff!! Very easy!

A great experience from start to finish. I had the best conversation with Lauren (RN) and she was amazing.

I love the efficiency, cleanliness and great care they take of you and who accompanied you. My husband and I both have been their twice over the years. The staff is very nice and attentive. They are right on time and move you through quickly but with great care. We love our Dr. Willie ❤️. Makes you feel comfortable as possible. The only issue I had this time was with the IV. It was very painful and the nurse was unable to get it in my hand which resulted in a very very swollen and bruised hand. Overall wouldn't go anywhere else. This facility and its staff are amazing at what they do. I would recommend them 100%.

The staff prepared me to log on easily and Dr. Quallich, as always listened to my concerns and we started a plan.

Dr Webber is a great doctor. I’ve been a patient of his for a long time. Highly recommend him and The Center for Digestive Health. Excellent care.
