Everything worked like a well oiled machine. Their office was very efficient, but not to the point they didn't take time for individual needs or questions. Dr. Wille was friendly, personable, and provides an important service to the community.

Staff was very friendly at check in.Jill is so friendly and helpful and explains everything before doctor comes in. She even did research on my records before hand to get to know me to be prepared to share with doctor. And she explained that doctor was still at hospital so it may be a bit of a wait. It wasn't long at all.Dr. Saeed is a very patient, and knowledgable doctor. She knew my history without having to look at any notes and it was my first visit!! She was very reassuring and made me understand everything.I would highly recommend her and her office!

Dr. Quallich and his staff are great. They are always very helpful, friendly and you never feel rushed. I have Crohn’s disease among other things so it’s very important to know you have a Dr. and he’s staff that know how important it is for you to have and get an appointment sometimes ASAP. I never have to worry about my medicine being at the pharmacy. In all the yrs I have been going to him I have never had to call more then one time for an appointment, medication or advice.

Dr. Donat was great, in fact the entire operation was top notch. Arrived at 11am, had my procedure and was out of there a little after noon and had the results online in 1-2 days. Highly recommend this practice.

First time I met Dr. Wille is today where I had an out patient procedure. The whole staff is very personal and polite and very professional. Their Medical Center is so nice and clean. I liked that I had a private room unlike the hospital where there is curtain between patients. Very nice guy. Would recommend.

I just had my third colonoscopy. This last one with Dr Saeed was the easiest I’ve ever been through. Her prep was mild compared to the other two I’ve had. No worries about being awake during this procedure with her and the team at Lapeer Hospital! Loved the care and comfortable feel of the situation. Ty Dr Saeed and team!

Dr. Weber was originally recommended by my primary care physician because she sees him for her colonoscopes. Can't get a better recommendation than that. I've seen Dr. Weber 3 times now for colonoscopies. Every time he and the nurses and technicians have been friendly and professional. They are very efficient and well prepared. Appointments have always been on time and prep is quick. Following the procedure, Dr. Weber meets with patients in post op and carefully explains any findings. As long as Dr. Weber is practicing I will be using him.

Very prompt. My appointment was 4.15pm and I was in the examining room by 4.10 and talking with the doctor by 4.15pm. Scheduling for an upcoming procedure was quickly completed. The entire staff from receptionist, medical assistant and procedure scheduler were great: Pleasant, thorough and efficient. Dr. Donat was very caring and explained everything to my complete satisfaction.

Dr. Saeed has been a wonderful doctor to me. She is kind and always takes time to thoroughly explain things. She even discussed research related to a medication I was concerned about taking long-term and did so in a way that was easy to understand. During COVID restrictions, she and her staff made it easy to get prescriptions taken care of.

Round two! Had my first one three years ago and with family history, having another by Dr. Donat is a no-brainer. Quick. Painless. Worst part is just drinking the large quantity of clear liquids 1-2 days before. Small price to pay to avoid the second leading cause of cancer death.Dr. Donat has done this procedure thousands of times. Mine lasted 15 minutes. Went perfectly. Don’t wait.

My husband saw a physician assistant, Jennifer, who was enormously helpful and understanding. Some of the issues we were having, she referred to Patricia Brown, who phoned us almost as soon as we got home. As my husband said, “they are really on top of their game.”

Have had life long gastro flair ups which have at times, impacted the quality of my life. So I made an appointment with Dr Donat to hopefully get a diagnosis and treatment plan to improve my life. He recommended testing and after the results, he gave me a plan of action to hopefully set me on a path to feeling better. I have only been seeing him for a few months but he has given me more information and action steps that doctors I have seen in the past. I am planning on staying with him for any of my gastro issues.

Dr. Donat and his staff were very attentive. They run a clean facility and it is very COVID safe/conscious. You can tell Dr. Donat cares for his patients and their overall health. After my mother’s colonoscopy, they even brought her orange juice when she woke up since they knew she had diabetes. They even called her a few hours after to make sure she was okay. We are making Dr. Donat the GI doctor for my father as well after our wonderful experience. Dr. Donat and his staff are efficient and very kind. My mom does not speak English well and it makes her uneasy with American doctors. However, she felt extremely comfortable under their care and with the communication! Thanks Dr. Donat and his team!

Dr. Weber is an exceptional physician. He listens very carefully to his patients and always considers their their words when treating the whole patient. I went to Dr. Weber after I became increasingly frustrated with my other GI docs. He has improved my condition tremendously with a little out of the box thinking after the other standard treatments I tried didn’t work. He is so kind and smart, two things I look for in a doctor.

I had an EGD yesterday with Dr. Willie.I was nervous but it was a breeze! The anesthesiologist was great and the staff are very friendly and make you comfortable.Dr. Willie is the best. Highly recommend him!!I will always go to this practice. They make you comfortable with your issues.

Blood Draw was quick & efficient once we got to it, so that's where the 5 Stars come from.However, I had to read through a 17 page Research Study document (which could have been sent in advance), then sign the paperwork in what appeared to be an examination room in one building, and then, strangely, had to walk across the parking lot drive to a second building for the blood draw....? Seemed like all could have been done in one building or the other. (The second building had a regular waiting room like any other doctor's office.)

I have been seeing Dr. Leonard Quallich III, MD for a number of years and have always been treated with dignity and respect. I never feel like a just a number when it comes to an office visit or getting a test done. Dr Quallich goes out of his way to explain what test need to be done and when they are completed he is always their to thoroughly explain the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Quallich to anyone that is a great gastroenterologist.

Just had a colonosopy, I was scared, this is the first time I've gone to a Dr knowing something was wrong. Dr. Q and his team were so kind and calming it made the experience so much better than it could have been.

I have never had an IV put in without being stuck and fished multiple times. I walked out of the center with one poke and barely a bruise. They took the time to look for a good vein and I greatly appreciate that.Additionally, everyone was extremely pleasant and cared for how I was feeling. To even receive a follow up call a couple hours after I left the center. I guess I’m not used to being treated so well and with care.

Was in recovery in what seemed like a minute. Was in and out in about an hour. Recieved a follow up call mid afternoon to see how I was doing. Very impressed.

I had Dr. Saeed in 2017. I thought she was very kind. I am disturbed I must admit to hear of the complaints she is getting and now wonder should I find a new doctor for my colonoscopy. The reviews do not sound promising. Does the office call when it is time for 5 yr check up? I had 3 polyps where 2 could have turned in to cancer. I am truly sad to read these reports. I have always bragged to others of her kindness. Tell me she is still the kind person, one who listens to her patients.

Took me immediately, didn't have to wait. Dr came in pretty quickly after I saw the nurse. Took my concerns seriously and scheduled my procedure within 2 weeks.

I had a great office visit with Dr Willi’s NP today. She was very thorough, explained everything to me, and she was very patient with my multiple questions.

Dr. Wille is a very caring, compassionate doctor! He looks you in the eye instead of typing on his computer while you talk, that is so important to me, it shows me that he is LISTENING to me and cares what I have to say. To get an appointment to see him in the office takes awhile, that's how popular he must be. I can see why. That is my only negative that I have encountered. He was timely once it was my appointment time to see him. I appreciated that since so many doctor's have you sit for awhile in the exam room waiting for the doctor to walk in. I would recommend Dr. Wille to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate gastroenterologist. Thank you Dr. Wille!

Dr. Bologna was excellent in all areas. On time, listened, treated me like an adult, figured out the issue, told me what to do & it was resolved in 1 week. My former GI Specialist had 9 months & got nowhere. Also, the support team was top-notch, scheduler through anesthesia. That's very very rare.

I'll tell you what.....getting my first-ever colonoscopy was easier than I could have ever imagined. I have dreaded this procedure for the last several years because many people have made it sound like it's the worst thing ever. Yes, the prep is nothing fun, but not anything worse than I had anticipated. After that, Dr. Quallich and his staff made me feel as comfortable as can be, and everything, including the procedure, went as discussed. The rest of my day, I felt as normal as can be. Thank you, Dr. Quallich and staff, for being so friendly and turning something I wasn't looking forward to into a great experience.

Amazing staff and doctor!

Today I had to go in for a colonoscopy with Dr Desai. The prep work the night before wasn’t as bad as I thought. The procedure went very smoothly. Dr Desai was very friendly and professional. I have to go back in 3 years for another due to my families history.

Dr Donat & his staff are always prompt and very helpful. Dr Donat is a good listener, understanding & patient. Very capable doctor.

First I would like to say, staff was very friendly !! Dr. Donat was extremely nice and receptive. He listened and asked the right questions to describe my issues. Dr Tocco is a skilled and professional doctor. He has successfully corrected a few medical issues that have caused miserable problems for me for awhile before I became his patient. Also, I am deaf and he is respectful when he interacts with me and is not impatient. I trust him with my health (and my life) and recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who is intelligent and knowledgeable in his field. In addition, his staff both in his office and the people who work with him during procedures - they are kind, compassionate, and focused on making my interaction with them efficient and comfortable.

Only complaint was the waiting room was being remodeled and it was crowded, noisy, and drafty.

Dr Quallich is one of the most caring, honest doctor I have. He always takes the time to really listen as if I was his only patient. He is the first doctor to really diagnose the seriousness of my GI distress and treat accordingly.

Ignore the the people giving one stars. Was one of the more pleasurable doctors visits I have ever had. Dr. Bakken was great, asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of my issues and immediately presented solutions to move forward. More importantly she took ample time visiting with me and I did not feel rushed. I will say getting ahold of an actual person midday at Center For Digestive Health (going through the automated prompts) can be a tedious process but that is not a reflection of Dr. Bakken's competency or professionalism.

The most friendly and professional medical facility I have ever visited. Every contact during my visit was efficient. Each person communicated exactly what was happening.

So pleased with the staff meeting I had. Everything was explained in detail and the nurse went over all the tests, reviewed diet with me and gave me good suggestions to help with my acid reflux. I would recommend the doctor and staff very highly and they are so professional.
