My recent procedures went well after a couple hiccups in billing dept, we were able to scheduled both procedures and everything went according to plan.
Make sure you follow all directions night before colonoscopy.

Outstanding skills as a physician, and bedside manner.

Dr. Quallich and his staff are great. They are always very helpful, friendly and you never feel rushed. I have Crohn’s disease among other things so it’s very important to know you have a Dr. and he’s staff that know how important it is for you to have and get an appointment sometimes ASAP. I never have to worry about my medicine being at the pharmacy. In all the yrs I have been going to him I have never had to call more then one time for an appointment, medication or advice.

Second time going to see Dr Weber for a procedure, him and his staff are very Professional, pleasant and helpful, always a pleasant experience, would highly recommend.

He is efficient and to the point. He did a nice job listening to my symptoms and ordering a sensible test that proved positive. Treatment is ongoing, but on the right path.

First I would like to say, staff was very friendly !! Dr. Donat was extremely nice and receptive. He listened and asked the right questions to describe my issues. I have had my problem for sometime now and I was VERY afraid of the procedure to diagnose my issues. DR. Donat made me feel comfortable and eased my fear. Not to mention my wait time was minimal.

First time I met Dr. Wille is today where I had an out patient procedure. The whole staff is very personal and polite and very professional. Their Medical Center is so nice and clean. I liked that I had a private room unlike the hospital where there is curtain between patients. Very nice guy. Would recommend.

Telehealth meeting with Jennifer was very convenient and was a consultation so no need to go to the office anyway. Jennifer was knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoughtfully and comprehensively. Good news is diagnosis was not too serious and she offered advice on diet and OTC medications to limit occurance of future episodes of acid reflux.

Dr. Wille and his NP’s are Top Notch with regards to taking care of my gastrointestinal issues. I’ll be honest, I did have a bad experience with another Dr in the group and will never see him again.
Regarding Dr. Wille, he was my father’s GI doc and helped him live some 20 years after his colon cancer. As for me, I’m in my early 60’s and Dr. Wille is well aware of my family history, taking great care of me and has a great bedside manner.
I met Nicolette this week for the 1st time and she was easy to talk to (even if it is/was a difficult conversation).

I'll tell you what.....getting my first-ever colonoscopy was easier than I could have ever imagined. I have dreaded this procedure for the last several years because many people have made it sound like it's the worst thing ever. Yes, the prep is nothing fun, but not anything worse than I had anticipated. After that, Dr. Quallich and his staff made me feel as comfortable as can be, and everything, including the procedure, went as discussed. The rest of my day, I felt as normal as can be. Thank you, Dr. Quallich and staff, for being so friendly and turning something I wasn't looking forward to into a great experience.

Today I had to go in for a colonoscopy with Dr Desai. The prep work the night before wasn’t as bad as I thought. The procedure went very smoothly. Dr Desai was very friendly and professional. I have to go back in 3 years for another due to my families history.

I have experienced other procedures over the years with Dr. Donat and highly recommend he and his staff for any procedure you might be considering.
You cannot ask for better treatment and respect than with this group of medical professionals.

Dr Tocco is a skilled and professional doctor. He has successfully corrected a few medical issues that have caused miserable problems for me for awhile before I became his patient. Also, I am deaf and he is respectful when he interacts with me and is not impatient. I trust him with my health (and my life) and recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who is intelligent and knowledgeable in his field. In addition, his staff both in his office and the people who work with him during procedures - they are kind, compassionate, and focused on making my interaction with them efficient and comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr. Leonard Quallich III, MD for a number of years and have always been treated with dignity and respect. I never feel like a just a number when it comes to an office visit or getting a test done. I had Dr. Saeed in 2017. I thought she was very kind. I am disturbed I must admit to hear of the complaints she is getting and now wonder should I find a new doctor for my colonoscopy. The reviews do not sound promising. Does the office call when it is time for 5 yr check up? I had 3 polyps where 2 could have turned in to cancer. I am truly sad to read these reports. I have always bragged to others of her kindness. Tell me she is still the kind person, one who listens to her patients.

Professional care all around

I have been a patient of Dr Weber for many years. Although the prep for the procedure isn’t very pleasant, once you enter the surgical center for the rest of the process is actually quite nice. The staff is warm, thought, and courteous. The facilities are pristine and the procedure itself is over before you know it. Dr Weber is knowledgeable, approachable, and personable.

I had a procedure this morning with Dr. Nandi at the Surgical Centers of Michigan located on Investment Drive. Dr. Nandi as always was the most professional and caring doctor that I have encountered.
But, what impressed me was the staff in the office. The TEAM (receptionist, the nurse who checked me and made me ready for the procedure, Anesthesiologist and nurse in the procedure room, the recovery room nurse, the PA who called me later in the day to check-up on me) showed me such care and compassion. It made me feel as if I was the most important patient that they would encounter.
It is obvious that these professionals love what they are doing. They love helping others. That made all the difference to me.

I went to see Dr Wille based on his reviews so I wanted to add to that for the next person trying to figure out who to see. I hate going to the doctors for anything, and often feel rushed through and dismissed. Dr Wille came in the room with the most welcoming demeanor, and even shook my hand! I felt I had his full attention the entire appointment which makes me trust his game plan for my health moving forward since I know I was actually listened to. It's so refreshing finding doctors like this out there still 🙂

This was the first time I went to see Dr. Bologna for a routine colonoscopy ( the first one in 10 years) and the first one not in a hospital. The overnight prep was much easier than I remembered, and it was much more personal coming to a treatment center office. The staff seemed very well trained and friendly, and worked hard to put me at ease.

Round two! Had my first one three years ago and with family history, having another by Dr. Donat is a no-brainer. Quick. Painless. Worst part is just drinking the large quantity of clear liquids 1-2 days before. Small price to pay to avoid the second leading cause of cancer death.

Dr. Donat has done this procedure thousands of times. Mine lasted 15 minutes. Went perfectly. Don’t wait.

I was going through lots of pain and discomfort and my previous doctor waiting period to see him was very long plus I did not get relief from my symptoms for many years.
I am very happy that I went to Dr Weber. He took an immediate action and took care of my problems very fast. He care about his patient and follow up with them by calling and checking on them. Blood Draw was quick & efficient once we got to it, so that's where the 5 Stars come from.
However, I had to read through a 17 page Research Study document (which could have been sent in advance), then sign the paperwork in what appeared to be an examination room in one building, and then, strangely, had to walk across the parking lot drive to a second building for the blood draw....? Seemed like all could have been done in one building or the other. (The second building had a regular waiting room like any other doctor's office.)

He has improved my condition tremendously with a little out of the box thinking after the other standard treatments I tried didn’t work. He is so kind and smart, two things I look for in a doctor.

She even discussed research related to a medication I was concerned about taking long-term and did so in a way that was easy to understand. During COVID restrictions, she and her staff made it easy to get prescriptions taken care of.

Have had life long gastro flair ups which have at times, impacted the quality of my life. So I made an appointment with Dr Donat to hopefully get a diagnosis and treatment plan to improve my life. He recommended testing and after the results, he gave me a plan of action to hopefully set me on a path to feeling better. I have only been seeing him for a few months but he has given me more information and action steps that doctors I have seen in the past. I am planning on staying with him for any of my gastro issues.

Dr. Weber was originally recommended by my primary care physician because she sees him for her colonoscopes. Can't get a better recommendation than that. I've seen Dr. Weber 3 times now for colonoscopies. Every time he and the nurses and technicians have been friendly and professional. They are very efficient and well prepared. Appointments have always been on time and prep is quick. Following the procedure, Dr. Weber meets with patients in post op and carefully explains any findings. As long as Dr. Weber is practicing I will be using him.

I was weighed and the taken to an exam room promptly where BP and temp were taken. Dr. Wille came in shortly after and I was on my way home 20 minutes after my appointment time. Dr. Wille explained test results, discussed my situation, and ordered additional testing, and did not rush me at all.

The prep for my colonoscopy was reasonable, the scheduling was good, the staff was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The procedure went fast and precise. Dr. Quallich came in directly after the procedure and explained the results and answered all questions completely. Only complaint was the waiting room was being remodeled and it was crowded, noisy, and drafty.

I only get to see the doctor for a total of 15 minutes for both colonoscopy. To me she has the greatest bedside manner and always has a great group working with her. I recommend her very highly

Dr. Bakken has been my GI doctor since I started having colonoscopies in my 50's and now that I'm in my later 70's I just had my final procedure with Dr. Bakken today. Her friendly, caring and professional demeanor has never changed over the years which I have always appreciated. Dr. Donat and his staff were very attentive. They run a clean facility and it is very COVID safe/conscious. You can tell Dr. Donat cares for his patients and their overall health. After my mother’s colonoscopy, they even brought her orange juice when she woke up since they knew she had diabetes. They even called her a few hours after to make sure she was okay. We are making Dr. Donat the GI doctor for my father as well after our wonderful experience. Dr. Donat and his staff are efficient and very kind. My mom does not speak English well and it makes her uneasy with American doctors. However, she felt extremely comfortable under their care and with the communication! Thanks Dr. Donat and his team!

This review is long overdue. I feel as though I owe the positive changes in my health to Dr Wille. While I knew something was wrong, many doctors failed to figure out exactly what was causing the issues. Dr Wille was not only knowledgeable, he was compassionate…and he listened. He just had a way about him, I wish every doctor had this same bed side manner. He made me feel confident that we would figure it out…and I am finally starting to feel like my old self. I don't have one bad thing to say! From scheduling to making sure my order was faxed over, they didn't waste anytime. This can be a time consuming appointment and they did it efficiently and with kindness, most of all!

Ignore the the people giving one stars. Was one of the more pleasurable doctors visits I have ever had. Dr. Bakken was great, asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of my issues and immediately presented solutions to move forward. More importantly she took ample time visiting with me and I did not feel rushed. I will say getting ahold of an actual person midday at Center For Digestive Health (going through the automated prompts) can be a tedious process but that is not a reflection of Dr. Bakken's competency or professionalism.

Dr. Bologna was very nice and treated me well. I still am having the same problems as I had when I visited Dr. Bologna! I would like to get the results of the sample that I took into the Beaumont lab on Little Mack last week! I am still having diarrhea constantly. I remember before I came to the study I was in the hospital every other day the pain was unbearable I prayed one day to JESUS that he would just kill me dead I thank JESUS in HIS infinite wisdom he didn't listen and instead sent me two guardian Angels in the form of Dr. Donat and Dawn who both along with the study drug has put my crohn's disease in remission I thought I would never workout again but I am still in the gym I thought I would never eat white castles again but I do Dr. Donat and Dawn have been GODSENDS in my life and I thank THE GOOD LORD for them
