Blood Draw was quick & efficient once we got to it, so that's where the 5 Stars come from.
However, I had to read through a 17 page Research Study document (which could have been sent in advance), then sign the paperwork in what appeared to be an examination room in one building, and then, strangely, had to walk across the parking lot drive to a second building for the blood draw....? Seemed like all could have been done in one building or the other. (The second building had a regular waiting room like any other doctor's office.)

Dr Willie was recommended to me my surgeon by Dr Steven’s. Dr Willie was amazing and went above and beyond for my procedure. I barely had time to even sit down in the waiting room.(very quick and on time.. love that!) His staff was very informative, caring and attentive. They explained the whole process in detail and went over my questions and concerns. He met with me after the procedure to go over what was found and my next steps. I couldn’t have been more happier. I loved the nurse she was so kind and very helpful. They even checked up on me after I went home. Round two! Had my first one three years ago and with family history, having another by Dr. Donat is a no-brainer. Quick. Painless. Worst part is just drinking the large quantity of clear liquids 1-2 days before. Small price to pay to avoid the second leading cause of cancer death.

Dr. Donat has done this procedure thousands of times. Mine lasted 15 minutes. Went perfectly. Don’t wait.

Hard to a last minute type appointment when you need it. The office and doctors are very busy. But once you have an appointment Dr. Weber is wonderful and spends time to explain things. Also the staff is great.

I have seen Dr. Weber at the Center for Digestive Health for all of my colonoscopies over the last 25 years. Yesterday's will be my last, since I had no polyps and I am now 76. All of my visits have been as good as a colonoscopy can be. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I am very grateful for them taking care of me this whole time. I recommend them highly!

Dr. Donat and his staff were very attentive. They run a clean facility and it is very COVID safe/conscious. You can tell Dr. Donat cares for his patients and their overall health. After my mother’s colonoscopy, they even brought her orange juice when she woke up since they knew she had diabetes. They even called her a few hours after to make sure she was okay. We are making Dr. Donat the GI doctor for my father as well after our wonderful experience. Dr. Donat and his staff are efficient and very kind. My mom does not speak English well and it makes her uneasy with American doctors. However, she felt extremely comfortable under their care and with the communication! Thanks Dr. Donat and his team!

I changed to Dr Willy because I wasn't getting any progress from my previous Dr. Things aren't going any differently here. He wants to schedule more tests that I've already had on more than one occasion. I had 17 ERCPs in 3 years with my previous DR. and now he wants another. I did the colonoscopy and EUS 2 years ago with Dr Willey. He said to make sure he didn't miss anything. If he missed something I don't want him as my Dr.!

Oh my goodness, this dr. Is Fantastic! I completely trust my digestive health to her. She is very competent, professional yet compassionate and warm. I had a procedure this morning with Dr. Nandi at the Surgical Centers of Michigan located on Investment Drive. Dr. Nandi as always was the most professional and caring doctor that I have encountered.
But, what impressed me was the staff in the office. The TEAM (receptionist, the nurse who checked me and made me ready for the procedure, Anesthesiologist and nurse in the procedure room, the recovery room nurse, the PA who called me later in the day to check-up on me) showed me such care and compassion. It made me feel as if I was the most important patient that they would encounter.
It is obvious that these professionals love what they are doing. They love helping others. That made all the difference to me.

Dr Webber is absolutely the kindest Dr I've ever been a patient of.
I can imagine that the medical profession is very demanding and I've been in offices where the Dr's have been short and barely stay in the room 2 minutes and I'm left with more questions than I walked in with but not with Dr Webber, I was the last appointment of the day and I'm sure he was ready for his day to be over but he stayed in there and answered every question that I had and was so kind and caring.

I visited Dr. Bologna yesterday at 5:30pm. Even though it was late in the day, Dr. Bologna provided excellent treatment to my symptom, prescribed Ultrasound and lab order for me to follow up. I have been seeing Dr. Leonard Quallich III, MD for a number of years and have always been treated with dignity and respect. I never feel like a just a number when it comes to an office visit or getting a test done. Dr Quallich goes out of his way to explain what test need to be done and when they are completed he is always their to thoroughly explain the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Quallich to anyone that is a great gastroenterologist.

My experience with the CDG Surgical Center was excellent. There had been some confusion in the referral process (not on their part). Once I explained the situation, the doctor and her staff were flexible and quickly adjusted to meet my needs. They were timely, thorough, and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Bakken.

This was the first time I went to see Dr. Bologna for a routine colonoscopy ( the first one in 10 years) and the first one not in a hospital. The overnight prep was much easier than I remembered, and it was much more personal coming to a treatment center office. I'll tell you what.....getting my first-ever colonoscopy was easier than I could have ever imagined. I have dreaded this procedure for the last several years because many people have made it sound like it's the worst thing ever. Yes, the prep is nothing fun, but not anything worse than I had anticipated. After that, Dr. Quallich and his staff made me feel as comfortable as can be, and everything, including the procedure, went as discussed. The rest of my day, I felt as normal as can be. Thank you, Dr. Quallich and staff, for being so friendly and turning something I wasn't looking forward to into a great experience.

Amazing doctor that listens very well. I went to her for one issue which turned out to be something that resolved itself, but she listened so well that she helped me fix a problem I wasn't even there for. My primary had told me I had acid reflux a couple years prior but Dr Bakken asked about my symptoms she said that didn't sound right and wanted to confirm it with a scope. Scope showed no ulcers or abnormal findings and she instructed me to get tested for food allergies. I do that, tested positive for intolerance to a quite a few things, cut those things out for a few months, and I felt like a new person! I could not believe that for years I didn't have a clue what "normal" felt like. Only bummer is that she is booked far out for appointments, but that shows that she is good and people trust her.

Great doctor and very concerned about what concerned me. He and the anesthesiologist have decades of experience and both are still very passionate about medicine and their patients. The both have AWESOME BEDSIDE MANNERS😊❤️

I’ve had a few colonoscopy’s from Dr. Saeed in Lapeer and she is fantastic. I’ll be coming to see her at her new office when I’m due for another.

I only get to see the doctor for a total of 15 minutes for both colonoscopy. To me she has the greatest bedside manner and always has a great group working with her. I recommend her very highly

I just had second colonoscopy with Dr. Q. The prep is nowhere close to what people say. Not great, sure but not how people make it out to be! Q doesn’t wear a lab coat which makes me feel more comfortable and apparently I made my point too many times because of the sleepy stuff! Awesome facility! I highly recommend this clinic! She had a number of suggestions for adjusting my treatment that has me feeling hopeful for experiencing less G.I. symptoms! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her highly! The gentleman who brought me in to take my vital signs & edit my Med Profile did not give me his name, nor was he wearing a name tag that I could see. He was not very friendly or personable, but he did his job & I can't really fault him for tha! (He did not, however, look like he was very happy to be at work!) The staff at the front desk AND the checkout area were awesome! Nolan, was extra helpful in that he printed out my Visit Summary & mailed it to me! What a nice favor & such an accommodating, friendly fellow! Thanks very much, Everyone… And keep up the great work! We Patients appreciate everything you do for us!!!

I went to see Dr Wille based on his reviews so I wanted to add to that for the next person trying to figure out who to see. I hate going to the doctors for anything, and often feel rushed through and dismissed. Dr Wille came in the room with the most welcoming demeanor, and even shook my hand! I felt I had his full attention the entire appointment which makes me trust his game plan for my health moving forward since I know I was actually listened to. Hi I have been a patient of Center for Digestive Health since I was in my mid 20's. I am now in my late 40's now.. I have seen Dr.Donat and a few of the other Dr's in the practice. I was recommended Dr Saeed by my PCP. The office sent paperwork plenty in advance. Although some of it seemed unnecessary the prepping instructions were easy to follow and worked out perfectly. The facility moved like clockwork and t he procedure went swiftly. They explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt very satisfied by the experience. I would highly recommend.

I had Dr. Saeed in 2017. I thought she was very kind. I am disturbed I must admit to hear of the complaints she is getting and now wonder should I find a new doctor for my colonoscopy. The reviews do not sound promising. Does the office call when it is time for 5 yr check up? I had 3 polyps where 2 could have turned in to cancer. I am truly sad to read these reports. I have always bragged to others of her kindness. Tell me she is still the kind person, one who listens to her patients.

As much as I dread this procedure the staff made me feel at ease. I had absolutely no negative impact from the anesthesia or the procedure. I’m not ever going to look foreword to this procedure but if required this is where I’m going.

I have had really bad experiences with Gastroenterologists in the past due to my history with bulimia nervosa. I have complications from years of my illness, and have been turned down by Gastros in the past or them downplaying my symptoms. I was really anxious going into this appt with Dr. Richard Wille, however I had the best experience ever! He listened to me, didnt make me feel bad about my history, and developed a plan to figure out what's going on. I never make reviews, however, I am just so grateful to have found a doctor who actually cares and listens to their patients. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a gastroenterologist!

I was overwhelmed with joy when they accepted my straight medicaid after suffering a job loss. Dr. Wille was absolutely adorable and most professional. He already researched all my former tests and results before my appt. And he was very knowledgeable of how to proceed with my illness. The doctor understood my concern about My Bi Polar meds because of the reaction I had during my recent heart bypass surgery and the time it took to get back to normal again. The doctor came up with several solutions to my fear of having to get the Anastasia while taking my Bi polar meds and suggested a few other solutions to the the Anastasia. The doctor was great in understanding of my fear of going under Anastasia.

The staff from the front desk to the procedure room was the most amazing group of ladies that I had the pleasure of meeting. They do their absolute best to make sure that you are at ease, comfortable, and understand what is happening. Dr Tocco is a skilled and professional doctor. He has successfully corrected a few medical issues that have caused miserable problems for me for awhile before I became his patient. I had an overall positive experience. Nobody wants to have a colonoscopy but they made it easy to schedule, directions spelled out clearly, received schedule time two days before so that helped in knowing what the day would bring. Arrived at the site and while the waiting room was full, the staff were calling patients back quickly. Clear estimates were given to driver on how long procedure would take. Inside the suite i was seen quickly by RN them CRNA and then wheeled back to see Dr and start procedure. Before i knew it i was waking up. Dr gave me results and time to go. Follow phone call let in day made me feel cared for. As i said, if you need colonoscopy done, they made it easy and comfortable. Staff all super pleasant and professional

Dr. Weber was originally recommended by my primary care physician because she sees him for her colonoscopes. Can't get a better recommendation than that. I've seen Dr. Weber 3 times now for colonoscopies. Every time he and the nurses and technicians have been friendly and professional. They are very efficient and well prepared. Appointments have always been on time and prep is quick. Following the procedure, Dr. Weber meets with patients in post op and carefully explains any findings. As long as Dr. Weber is practicing I will be using him.

My visit with Dr Donot was a follow up visit after a procedure and fortunately there was not a lot to talk about but the Doctor asked all the questions and made sure anything I needed was answered. Great visit.

Center for Digestive Health is a perfect place to go if you have any type of digestive issue. They make you feel very comfortable talking about any issue you may be experiencing and they ask all the appropriate questions all the while putting you at ease. When I called I was worried about something and they worked to get me right in. I saw the PA Noelle and she is just wonderful. Everyone at the desk and beyond are very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Weber has been my doctor there for years and I trust him explicitly. His assistant Debbie always helps me out and listens to me and is always very kind. The office is warm, clean and inviting. There are a few locations and so that makes it very nice. All in all I’m very impressed with this group of Doctors, Nurses and Assistants.

I just had my third colonoscopy. This last one with Dr Saeed was the easiest I’ve ever been through. Her prep was mild compared to the other two I’ve had. No worries about being awake during this procedure with her and the team at Lapeer Hospital! Loved the care and comfortable feel of the situation. Ty Dr Saeed and team!

Only complaint was the waiting room was being remodeled and it was crowded, noisy, and drafty.

Dr. Donat removed a bile duct stone from my liver for me. He is a consummate professional. Outstanding bedside manner. He and his staff are an extremely well oiled machine. I was in and out of the operating room within an hour. My pain was gone.

Staff was professional and very friendly. My nurse Alyssa was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. I’m an extremely hard poke when it comes to IVs. Usually takes three times. Of course this makes me very nauseous and almost passing out due to all the pokes. She told me not to worry and relax.
She’s got me. Alyssa told me she was using a 22 gauge which USA very small needle and she was able to get it in the side of my hand without me feeling a thing. OMG I cannot thank her enough.
I love Dr. Willie, who is definitely one of my favorite and best docs. So kind, understanding, thorough, easy to speak with, and I never feel rushed.

Ignore the the people giving one stars. Was one of the more pleasurable doctors visits I have ever had. Dr. Bakken was great, asked a lot of questions to get to the bottom of my issues and immediately presented solutions to move forward. More importantly she took ample time visiting with me and I did not feel rushed. I will say getting ahold of an actual person midday at Center For Digestive Health (going through the automated prompts) can be a tedious process but that is not a reflection of Dr. Bakken's competency or professionalism.

I was very pleased with my visit! I was seen by my Doctor within a good amount of time. He addressed all of my questions and I never felt like I was being rushed. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I were greeted very nicely and the gal at the front desk was really receptive to why we were there. We saw Jessica the PA and she was outstanding.

The staff was extremely professional, informative and they smiled. It helped me with my nervousness. I was able to be comfortable.

Dr. Bakken was thorough and kind. Amazing bed side manner.

As a person with health anxiety, I wasn’t looking forward to this test at all—especially the prep. I got thru that ok and had the best experience once I got to the surgical center. DR. BAkken is so kind, warm and knowledgeable. I have had her for my last 4 colonoscopies. Her team is also very kind and helpful throughout the entire procedure. Don’t fear getting a colonoscopy. They are lifesaving and not stressful at all!

Dr. Wille and his staff are great! Taken in on time, given time with Dr to discuss my problem and treated with the utmost courtesy. Always my go to GI place!!

Dr Quallich is one of the most caring, honest doctor I have. He always takes the time to really listen as if I was his only patient. He is the first doctor to really diagnose the seriousness of my GI distress and treat accordingly.

Dr. Bologna was excellent in all areas. On time, listened, treated me like an adult, figured out the issue, told me what to do & it was resolved in 1 week. My former GI Specialist had 9 months & got nowhere. Also, the support team was top-notch, scheduler through anesthesia. That's very very rare.

Was a great experience. Arrived on time, and was almost immediately waited on and taken back to prep area. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Was informed of every step along the way. Was in recovery in what seemed like a minute. Was in and out in about an hour. Recieved a follow up call mid afternoon to see how I was doing. Very impressed.

Dr. Abadir was very nice and thorough. He cares about his patients and will do what is necessary to resolve your health issues. We have been to the Romeo plank office which was very clean.The only thing is when you are greeted they are nice and thorough but need to smile. 🙂
