I read some reviews here and some bad reviews here I could see it might be the patient :-). I don't want to be mean, but as a patient, you need to take a little responsibility too. I understand, this is their JOB. You also have to understand, the people who run the office are no different than you. I have been here 4 or 5 times, every time I go, staff is EXCELLENT. Maybe not a bubbly smiley staff as I see people here giving a bad review, but they get it done. Be nice from start to finish with them, have all your info [license, INS, and copayment ready], and this will begin you visit perfectly. Colonoscopy prep? I'm a quadriplegic, and prepping sucks, BUT YOU NEED TO RESEARCH ONLINE along with instructions given by any doc to be sure of any issues, if there are, contact the physician, if he or she is short with you, ask to speak with another. This isn't rocket science people, we all don't get along with every doc. My first visit with Donat, I wasn't sure, but now I WILL ONLY SEE HIM, great guy, great doctor. Oh, if you don't like this practice/office, go to another one, bottom line.

Dr. Quallick is a great and his staff also. They are very professional, caring and don’t forget to make you wait for weeks to get back with you. Just things like that mean a lot. I would recommend all their practice to anyone.

I've been coming here for years. I've had 3 colonoscopies and, on 10/29/24 a flexible sigmoidoscopy. In January 2024 Dr. Sante Bologna removed a precancerous polyp from my colon and now I have a clean bill of health. He has undoubtedly extended my life. Dr. Bologna and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. All of my procedures have been very good experiences. I highly recommend Troy Gastroenterology.

I had a procedure performed by Dr. Nandi on Friday morning April 22. The members of the team are caring professionals who made me feel at ease. The young lady at check-in was pleasant who efficiently checked me in. I was taken immediately into the prep room where Nurse Brittany kindly took my information and prepped me for the procedure. As she left the room, she made sure that I knew exactly how long it would before they came for me for the procedure. When anesthetist Nurse Mary took me to the procedure room, she explained evey step of what was going to happen. Following the procedure I was taken to the recovery room where recovery Nurse David made sure that I was doing well as I came out anesthesia. Finally, Dr. Nandi, always the best came in for the after procedure council. He always takes as much time as needed to explain the results and to answer any questions that I might have. The whole team approached their roles in a way that I never felt that they did not want to be there. They made me feel as though I was the most important patient who they would see the whole shift.

From the moment I called to schedule my appointment I was treated with respect and with a friendly voice. The Patient Advocate that you sign up for sent daily messages/information for the 7 days prior to my Colonoscopy. The day of my procedure I was checked in a timely manner & all the staff & nurses were friendly and answered all my questions. Dr Tocco came in to talk to me and made be feel comfortable. After recovery the nurse was there when I woke up and Dr Tocco came in and explained the results and made sure all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend the Center for Digestive Health for your Colonoscopy

Staff was awesome!! So kind and compassionate. They displayed the highest level of professionalism.

I continue see Dr Bakken for all this past 10 yrs, after too many bad experience with other doctors, she was the one to found my stomach problems, now I check with her all the time, she is very patient but go directly with you .Her office and nurses staff are very nice.
